Delivery & Shipping Costs

For a limited time, we are currently offering free shipping within Germany, Switzerland, Austria, and the United States. For all our deliveries, we send a tracking ID in the shipping confirmation via email.

All shipments are usually delivered within the days mentioned above. However, in rare cases, it may take longer than usual. If the shipment has not been delivered after this time, please contact us. We will then assist you immediately.
Deliveries are always made as long as stocks last. Should a product you ordered unexpectedly be unavailable, despite a timely order, we will offer you an equivalent product of the same quality and price. You are not obliged to accept this product. In this case, you can withdraw from the contract. We will inform you immediately about the unavailability and refund any payments already made immediately.

Should we be in default of delivery obligations for reasons for which we are responsible, or should delivery prove impossible, and this is not due to intent or gross negligence, liability for damages is excluded. However, you reserve further claims. If delays occur due to reasons for which we are not responsible (force majeure, fault of third parties, etc.), the delivery time will be extended appropriately. We will inform you of this immediately. Should the causes of the delay persist for longer than four (4) weeks after the conclusion of the contract, each party has the right to withdraw from the contract.

We deliver within Germany, Switzerland, Austria, and the United States. Deliveries to other countries require a separate written agreement (see point 2.5).

For orders from customers with a residential or business address abroad, or if there are justified indications of a payment risk, we reserve the right to deliver only after receipt of the purchase price excluding VAT as well as the shipping costs (advance payment). Should we make use of this advance payment reservation, we will inform you immediately. In this case, the delivery period only begins after payment of the purchase price excluding VAT and the shipping costs.

Further Information

The shipping costs are displayed in our price indications in the online shop. The price is excluding VAT and including any shipping costs will also be displayed in the order overview before you submit the order. Unless otherwise stated, shipping is always free for you within Germany, Switzerland, Austria, and the United States.

Our customers pay no shipping costs! Regardless of how much you order, we cover the shipping costs.

If you effectively revoke your contract in accordance with Article 9, you bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

Payment for the ordered goods and shipping costs is made by credit card, PayPal, or instant transfer. All invoices are due for payment immediately upon invoicing without deduction of discount.
When paying by credit card, your account will be charged at the time of shipment of the goods. We accept VisaCard and MasterCard credit cards.
