What is the order cut-off time?

Our order cut-off time is 4:00 PM EST. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

How long does delivery take?

Your order typically arrives within 5-7 business days:

  • Processing time: 1-2 days (Monday-Friday)
  • Package transit time: 4–5 days (Monday–Friday)

How do I track my order?

What should I do if my order is delayed?

If the maximum estimated delivery time has passed and your order hasn't arrived, please allow up to 2 additional business days and check your tracking link. If your package still has not arrived, please contact us and include your order number.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order before it is dispatched by contacting info@maya-munchen.com .
Once it has shipped, you will need to follow the return process.

What is your return policy?

You can return your item within 30 days from delivery if:

  • The item is unused and unwashed
  • It is in its original packaging with all tags attached

Returns requested after 30 days will not be accepted.
