Return Conditions

You may return your item within 14 days after delivery, provided that:

the item is unused and unwashed
the item is undamaged and in resalable condition
the item is in the original packaging with all tags/labels attached

Returns submitted after the 14-day period will not be accepted.

How to Initiate a Return

Send an email to info@maya-munchen.com including:
- your order number
- a brief description of the reason for return
You will receive return instructions and the correct return address from us.
Pack the item securely to prevent damage during transit.
Use a reliable shipping service with tracking (Track & Trace).

Note:
If the item was not defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@maya-munchen.com and provide:

clear photos of the item and the issue
a brief description of the complaint
your order number

After reviewing the case, we will:

arrange a free replacement, or
issue a full refund

Refunds

After we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If the refund is approved:

it will be processed within 7 business days
the refund will be issued to the original payment method
no restocking fees will apply

Note:
Banks and payment providers may require additional processing time, which is beyond our control.

Exchanges

You may request an exchange within 14 days after delivery.
To do so, please send an email to info@maya-munchen.com including:

your order number
the item you would like to receive in exchange

Exchange items must meet the same conditions as returns:

unused and unwashed
undamaged
in original packaging with tags attached

Once received and inspected, we will ship the replacement item subject to availability.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order:

cancellations are only possible as long as the order has not yet been shipped

If your order has already been shipped, please follow the return process after delivery.
