Total Delivery Time: approx. 5–7 business days
Shipping Costs: Free standard shipping for all orders to Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and the United States.

Shipping Process

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
We will then begin processing your order, which usually takes 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).

Once your package has been shipped, you will receive another email with the tracking information.

The transit time is typically 4–5 business days, making the total delivery time approximately 5–7 business days.

Possible Delays

The stated delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors, including:

Delays caused by the shipping carrier
Weather conditions
Customs clearance (especially for shipments to Switzerland)

If the maximum estimated delivery time has been exceeded, please wait up to 2 additional business days and check your tracking information.

If your package has still not arrived after that, please contact us and include your order number.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@maya-munchen.com.

Cancellations are only possible as long as the order has not yet been shipped.
If the package is already in transit, please follow the steps outlined in our Return and Refund Policy.

Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, lost, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@maya-munchen.com.

Please include the following:

clear photos (if applicable)
a brief description of the issue
your order number

After reviewing the case, we will:

send a replacement item, or
send the correct item – at no additional cost.

If the shipping carrier confirms that the package has been lost, we will offer a replacement or a full refund.
