Please note: We can only accept orders that: are in the original packaging including labels and/or price tags, are in their original condition and without any signs of use, and are returned within 14 days of receipt.

If the returned item does not meet any of the three requirements listed above, we reserve the right to refuse the return.

Once we receive and approve your returned items, the purchase amount will be refunded within 10 days at the latest. The refund will be based on the payment method used at the time of purchase.

The sender is always responsible for shipping. It may therefore be helpful to add a track and trace code to your package.

If you would like to exchange or return an order, please send us a message stating the reason for the return/exchange. We will be happy to assist you as quickly as possible during our business hours.

If you do not like the product, you will have to cover the return shipping costs yourself.
